Email hello@fadermix.com. Include what you were doing and which app misbehaved — that's usually enough to work out what happened.
Common things
- Lost your key? Use the sign-in page to have a new one emailed.
- An app shows no level. FaderMix needs "System Audio Recording" permission in System Settings → Privacy & Security.
- Faders do nothing after the trial. Sign in from the FaderMix menu to re-activate them.
- macOS warns about an unidentified developer. Right-click FaderMix and choose Open.
About
FaderMix is made by Andrew Russell, a filmmaker who wanted his edit and his music at different volumes in the same pair of headphones.
